A guy young dark brown hair went out of his way to run over a cat? He was also sped up to do this, he was in a residental area I am sure going well over 25 mph & kids were close by, OK maybe on the other side of the street but why did they have to see this car run over somebody's pet? He lived in the area so we got his plate # & posted it When he asked what why were we doing that I told him & he said he was allergic to cats! what the keck is wrong with people now days?
